Internal Sales Administrator

Main job purpose

To effectively and efficiently support the business in selling and processing orders through excellent customer service, in order to achieve set sales targets and increase market share overall.

Main Objective

To ensure sales orders and invoices are created on SAP and are confirmed via email before processing orders.

Ensure that all orders are received and accurately processed and that all checks are done on customer accounts before processing orders.

Control shortages and back orders by informing customers via email/telephone as soon as order is received.

Ensure that quotations are accurately prepared and sent to clients based on requests received

Ensure efficient procurement of office supplies, capturing of petty cash and monitoring of marketing material.

Provide relief at reception by ensuring all calls are answered within three rings, answering in a friendly manner and quickly direct calls to relevant departments/people.

Maintain excellent customer service and delivery by ensuring all inquiries are action-ed within one hour of receipt with no errors in pricing, product numbers etc when providing details to customer regarding their request.

Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
