Main job purpose
To provide professional, efficient, and effective administrative and technical support in line with the strategic objectives of the Company, contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience.
Main Objective
-
Ensure adherence to best administrative practices to support stock control, ordering processes, and a low-effort customer experience.

Comply with all reasonable requests issued by Management.

Follow all company procedures, including Health and Safety requirements.

Assist with operational and execution support activities, including but not limited to:
-
Completing electronic or manual Vehicle Inspection Certificates (VICs)
-
Conducting vehicle pre- and post-inspections
-
Performing chip repairs where appropriate
-
General administration such as filing, paperwork sorting, and invoicing
-
Answering phone calls, welcoming customers, and attending to office duties
-
Supporting activities that contribute to exceptional customer experience
-

Participate in continuous learning and development.

Contribute to maintaining PG Glass Fitment Centre standards during autoglass fitments.

Support experienced team members and gain practical, hands-on skills and experience.
Critical job requirements
Qualification(s)

Further Education and Training (FET) or Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) qualification
Knowledge
-
Low Effort Customer Experience (LEX) and/or customer experience/journey knowledge
-
Customer service principles
-
Technical knowledge relating to chip repairs and/or autoglass fitments
Skills
-
Verbal and written literacy (English)
-
Numerical literacy
-
Ability to use various products, tools, and smart devices
Experience
-
Previous experience in customer and/or service environments is advantageous
-
Experience with technical tasks such as chip repairs or autoglass fitment support (advantageous)
