Main Job Purpose

 

To manage the entire operation of a Branch by providing operational support and general business consultation to all staff and customers. Special emphasis should be to ensure profitability, compliance with corporate identity and customer service requirements.

 

Main Objectives

 

  • Ensure the achievement of company budgets by managing expenses through effective stock control, generating sales, effective cash management and strict adherence to Company processes that will result in sustainable profitability and growth.
  • Promote a culture of  trust and open communication with staff , by encouraging engaged feedback sessions and an open door policy, identifying staff development needs through  teamwork and effective performance management reviews and consistently leading by example to promote a motivated workforce.
  • Managing excellent customer service by empowering all staff through training opportunities to ensure highest levels of excellent service to be achieved by delivering exceptional customer service through timeous communication, one call resolution and effective scheduling.
  • Enforce compliance to standard business practises and procedures by conducting checks on internal/ counter sales , review systems to reduce stock loss  and utilise end of day reports to monitor branch performance so as to mitigate overall risk.
  •  Any other reasonable work related task, activity that may be required from time to time.
