Job Title: Branch Administrator Controller - Cape Town

Main job purpose

To assist Regional Sales Manager in then following departments to ensure smooth control and optimum functionality. Capturing and managing of orders on SAP and General Administration

Main Objective

• Check the daily filing of invoices, POD Checks, credit notes, settlements etc
• Completing today’s work today
• Assisting in the debtors dept
• Assisting in the Creditors dept.
• Credit release to group Credit
• Assistance in general admin – EOD reports
• Assistance in Internal Sales as required by phoning customers for orders
• Other adhoc admin functions – petty cash
• Ensure all supporting documents is readily available to enable payment/collections
• Do daily stock take of 10 stock items
• Receiving all warehouse stock and update Cadex system
• Monthly stock take
• Ordering of all consumables and updating of registers
• Update daily trip sheets and vehicle inspection sheets

Critical job requirements

Grade 12

Diploma in Finance

Experience

At least 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative function
