Main job purpose
Assist the Production planner with production planning and scheduling to ensure the smooth flow of product throughout the Plant, taking bottlenecks and constraints into account and to ensure good planning, to maximise machine utilisation whilst maintaining target WIP levels for each station, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Main Objective
Graduates entering the PG Group are generally targeted to fill current/future vacant positions.
Due to the nature of their fields of study it is expected that a Graduate can perform at a level required to meet project objectives and deadlines, provide insight or suggestions, make improvement recommendations, operate autonomously without direct supervision and contribute to the department or business within a short space of time.
Critical job requirements
Diploma in Logistics / Industrial Engineering / Production Management
Experience within the manufacturing environment (desirable)

This is a Fixed-Term Contract position for 12 months.
