Main job purpose

 

To support the technical department in building technical competence for the business by executing all required activities within the Technical Department, to ensure that all LLumar staff and the network are knowledgeable within all required areas of expertise, by undertaking the required training and development for all staff, network and stakeholders so as to build competence and workmanship that supports the business in achieving its set objectives, ensures overall customer satisfaction, and to establish LLumar as a world class training provider within SA.

 

 

Main Objective

 

  • To ensure all individuals attending the training are effectively trained, assessed and evaluated on the fitment of automotive film, architectural film and PPF, assessing the individuals ability post-training to determine competence of individual.
  • Follow the correct tinting and fitment process with 100% accurate fitment of film according to customer requirements and world class standards at all times.
  • To ensure customer orders are cut 100% accurately within 24 hours, as per requirements and specifications, to avoid product and financial loss to the business and all stakeholders so as to limit customer complaints, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty to the business. 
  • To support the Technical Training Manager by providing feedback on warranty claims assessments. 
  • Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.

Experience

 

 

  • 3 years experience in a Technical or Mechanical role
  • All industries, excluding FMCG, to be considered provided experience obtained is in technical support / mechanical support nature
